OIL (REFINED, BLEACHED AND DEODORIZED OIL),
is a fully refined coconut oil which is excellent for
frying food and is extensively used in confectioneries.
It is a preferred fat source for infant food formulations
because of its easy digestibility and high absorbability.
Also a beneficial energy source as it resists body fat
formation and does not alter baseline serum cholesterol
values. Fully refined coconut oil is a good raw material
for high quality cosmetics and toiletries. This product

| ACIDULATED
OIL, contains most of the free fatty acids
isolated from crude coconut oil during the refining process.
This product is a good raw material for fatty acid producers.
Acidulated oil is also a good fat source in animal feeds.

| LOW
ACID OIL, a semi-refined coconut oil, has the
same uses as crude coconut oil. Using this as feedstock
greatly improves the quality of end products.This product

| CRUDE
COCONUT OIL, the natural oil derived from dried
coconut meat (copra), is the raw material in the manufacture
of cooking oil and specialty oil products such as shortening,
baking fats and margarine. It is a major source of medium-chain
triglycerides (MCT), a medical food for special dietary
purposes and for intravenous feeding for severely injured
persons. Intermediate chemical derivatives are manufactured
from this product which are in turn used in the production
of soap and detergents, cosmetics and toiletries, surfactants,
foam-boosters, industrial cleaning agents, emulsifiers,
lubricants, plasticizers, pharmaceuticals and explosives.

| SHORTENING,
a very stable product manufactured mainly from fully refined
coconut oil blended with a small percentage of another
vegetable oil, is a high quality product essential for
baking breads, cakes, cookies and pastries. It is also
used in frying. |

PORK
LARD SUBSTITUTE (P L S) is a specialty fat
resembling the qualities of pork lard but practically
free of cholesterol because of its vegetable origin.
This is a premium baking lubricant in pastry crusts,
soda crackers and other types of biscuits.

OIL is primarily coconut oil blended with a
little percentage of another high quality vegetable oil.
This oil is widely used in imitation dairy products such
as filled milk, filled cheese, ice cream, mellorine, coffee
whitener and whipped cream. It is a substitute for the
more expensive butterfat or milkfat. Also, it is a fat
component in infant dietetics. |
